I guess, I could turn it into a state-based trigger.
"When you control three or more enchantments and one or more noncreature lands with a +1/+1 counter on it, each land you control with +1/+1 counters on it gains 'As long as this land has a +1/+1 counter on it, it's a creature. It's still a land." until end of turn.
But on the other hand, looking back just for this one turn seems plausible, though admittedly on the border of what I'd expect.
Maybe the solution is a keyword/state similar to city's blessing.
Aethercraft (If you control three or more enchantments, you have proficiency with aether for the rest of the turn.)
Keeping the lands animated after you lose an enchantment is one thing, but having to remember if you controlled three enchantments prior to her entering seems bad. How do you feel about boons?
> Whenever you control three or more enchantments, you get a one-turn boon with "Lands you control with +1/+1 counters on them are creatures in addition to their other types and have haste." This ability triggers only once each turn.

At the cost of 1 life, yes.

The order of costs is alphabetical since you can pay in any order.

You can pay the costs in any order, so is this supposed to just turn all your tokens into treasure that ignore summoning sickness?
Vivi cauldron combo all in one card
I don't think colored ward costs are allowed. That's just hexproof. Maybe you could get away with twobrid
