I think the fact that this start churning out crazy amounts of Squirrels (taking over the game) if it isn't removed makes this a rare. Sure, you probably have to spend most of your mana for it, but does it really matter if you 10+ power on the board in four or so turns?
Oh, I forgot that the Conspiracy cards added the "note " wording if they expect you to write it down. It was my intent to write down the list of manifestation abilities. Will add it as reminder text for now.
On the other hand, some things like Regicide and Paliano, the High City just have drafters "choose" things and assume you'll write them down somewhere sensible. Spire Phantasm is similar.
Maybe a middle ground like "You may reveal ~ as you draft it. If you do, add flying to your blue manifestation abilities."?

I've always been a fan of this colorshift idea.

Is currently missing p/t. Also, the link is dead because they changed the custom card creation forum's url at MTG Salvation.
Some similar cards: Demonic Taskmaster, Skittering Horror, and Skittering Skirge.
If this ends up pacified you might have really screwed up yourself.
Maybe 3/1? That also helps little bit in getting rid of it.
I think the drawback is too rough. Why isn't it something like "at end step / upkeep, sacrifice another creature"?

Yeah, you could word it like Aether Searcher or Cogwork Tracker or Garbage Fire with an explicit instruction to "note" something.

In conspiracy, don't you just write them down as you draft them?
I agree it might get complicated, but I also like the idea.
Mm. It is interesting. But how would you keep track of which manifests you had if they're in your deck? What if you weren't sure?
I mean, it seems easy enough to remember. But after your 10th draft... well, I know I tend to forget things like this.
