I think you mean "trygon." "Trigon" makes me think of an artifact that can make three copies of itself

The promo version of this card should be triangular.

But this is really cheap. A 3/3 flier for 3 (albeit gold) - and what is functionally regenerate (except better because it triggers ltb and etb)?

Oh, yeah, Trigon of Corruption etc. are a thing. That's how I arrived at that alternate spelling...

I originally wanted this to be an uncommon, but then got really stuck on the theme of threes and hoped it would be acceptable at rare.

I guess, I could go all the way to three colors...
