> ": Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal an Elemental card. Put that card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order."
With 'unaimed' in its name I would expect this to choose its target at random, which actually is a quite commonly seen design / mechanic - though I personally find it questionable.
Could 'Line of Fire' work as a name here?
The amount of damage and the mana cost would really depend on the environment in question.
Line of Fire works well as a name.
I prefer to replace random choices with choices made by another player wherever it does not defeat the purpose of the design.
removed typo
It's a nice concept I think, even if it's a bit wordy.
The name I just find unimaginative. Maybe something like 'Asserting ...' or 'Bear Down'?
Also, "At the beginning of the next end step, ... " ?
That's a lot of shuffling...
> "

?
I would consider making the mana cost / body smaller and set an actual cost for the activation costs.
Ie.
> "
, Bury a creature card with CMC X or less exiled with ~: ..."
or perhaps
> "
: Look at the top X cards of your library. You may exile a creature card among them. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order."
Also, it could be nicer if the card was exiled face down (and so that you could still look at it).

Looks like a mix between Lathnu Hellion / Arc Runner and Dwarven Patrol. If we take Regathan Firecat as a base, then this thing trades the ability to untap for haste.
I like it.

This might actually mark my transition to better modern design.

For the record: Taking my simplistic sense of humor into account that's probably a pun, not a typo.
