I remember seeing some card with a similar idea on expanding upong scrying
> "Scry 1. If you keep the card on top, ?effect?"
Anyway, depending on just how common place scry will be - I don't think it's really one of the core-core things right now - this could be the proper replacement effect for the thing that Celestial Horizon, for example, is trying to do. Scry 4 feels a lot though.
I mean, scrying historically isn't that far of from
's domain. You know, if we don't wholly discard the presence of Sylvan Library and Mirri's Guile.
Derp that's my comment btw.
Anyway, hiding such an effect behind a keyword reminder has some questionable elements in it.
