UEOT or indefinitely? Either way, it's a stretch in {u}... or maybe all the power reducing effects should just say this instead. Why not to go with like -10/-0 or something in {u}?

I'm quite familiar with the effect since it was used by foo_intherain in his purple color project, which I later adapted/derived much from.

Huh, didn't notice the missing UEOT while copy-pasting.

I don't see why it's a stretch in blue if -10/-0 is not. If anything blue always was the p/t-setting color #1 to me.
