I would consider making the mana cost / body smaller and set an actual cost for the activation costs.
Ie.
> "
, Bury a creature card with CMC X or less exiled with ~: ..."
or perhaps
> "
: Look at the top X cards of your library. You may exile a creature card among them. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order."
Also, it could be nicer if the card was exiled face down (and so that you could still look at it).
