Inspired by Deadeye Plunderers.

Went from "No mana to activate: {c}{c}" to "{b}: {b}{b}{b}" solely because Dark Ritual exists.

For {1} and two life a cycle this creates an impressive amount of ETB/LTB events...

Let's add an activation restriction or two.
