I kind of wish there was something to do with the third die. You lose life equal to the highest, each player mills equal to the lowest, you draw equal to the third one maybe?

Yeah, I thought something along the same lines. The main reason is for the wording is to create more favorable odds, but adding a third effect is entirely available - I did that on Warlock of Azar.

In either case the third result matters for Unstable Wombat. :)
