Seemed the place to try some removal that would be rare at another cost and instant speed.

Introduction to Annihilation and Scour from Existence ask some questions about rarity and universal removal.

Removed from [Tribute] Achadire since there was already a black-green gold common.

And also Universal Solvent. Yeah, 7 colourless mana lets you zot anything at any rarity (cf Spine of Ish Sah). 5 apparently does with a drawback. This would be safer at 6, but probably isn't going to break anything at 5. It's a first-pickable card, but the extra mana on top of, say, Daring Demolition or Befoul suggests it's fine for limited (where creatures are the permanent you most want to remove), and this isn't likely to make waves in constructed. Cf also Angelic Edict / Blessed Light.
