Yay, it's Cerebral Vortex!

I had an old deck using Teferi's Puzzle Box and Wheel and Deal to kill people with Cerebral Vortex. It was hilarious.

I knew there was a blue-red version of this already (in fact my vague memory of it was a partial inspration), but didn't recall it was rare. Makes me feel like I low-balled the rarity.
