Commander 2020-inspired monocolored cards for the overlap of themes.

Eventually I realized that even the wedges that don't share color pairs share a single color, so let's look at those combinations of themes as well.

Design consideration

I might still replace the first ability as a whole with "If you cast ~ during your main phase, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control." and make the whole spell way cheaper.
