See Balance, but also the color pie.

The cost seems kind of pushed due to the land mode, but it seems hard to get all modes online at the same time without constructing your deck to exploit this.

I used as reference Assassin's Strike/Desecrated Earth, but also Liliana's Triumph/Smallpox and Remorseless Punishment/The Eldest Reborn.
