Celebrating the "Commander 2019 deck based on morph" design article.

Now all creatures with morph also have "smorph". I don't think any creature should have just "smorph", but the bonus seems like something I could get behind.

Allternative wording that works with manifest:

> If a face-down creature would enter the battlefield under your control, you may pay {1}. If you do, that creature enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it instead.
