Maybe "Horror-world" is the wrong term since it would be at least the third world doing that. Maybe the better phrase is "creepy world" - implied or subdued horror, surrealism, liminal spaces, Alice in Wonderland.
To me there is a wrong-ness to a clown in nature. It happens the design that goes with the idea is not capturing that mechanically, but maybe capturing that is actually beyond my ken.
I'm not getting super big horror vibes from this design. Though I think Innistrad sets also had self-milling green cards that were supposed to represent some scary themes.
Having antisynergy with its own bloodthirst feels a tad wrong. That it might give less enfranchised players the idea that they shouldn't necessarily bloodthirst it out when they could do even while they are at healthy life totals so seems very awkward and much like a trap.
Very mythic worthy design, kinda insane given the right circumstance. 0/0 bloodthirst and color intensive green cost seem like good choices since one of the first thoughts with mass proliferates for me goes to 'walkers, where the said triple-green as well as requirement to deal damage seem like hurdles in planeswalker heavy decks that might otherwise just want to control grind you to the ground rather passively.
How is it a Walrus Human? It is like a human riding a walrus? An art would help here, even if it were just some 'AI-generated slop', lel.
Also, no flavor text? :(
Neither here or there really but somehow I just now came upon this custommagic reddit design while searching for blue vanilla creatures: "Frostfin Tuskmaster".
In any case, a 'colorshifted' Catacomb Slug is acceptable in pretty much any color.

I actually wasn't aware anymore of Akawalli, the Seething Tower doing something pretty much like this.
What's the flavor here?
Seems like this would be the first monogreen card with the text "sacrifice a permanent". Strangely sort of reminds of Angelic Purge.
Clown species sounds like a really cool idea.

...
Horror-world where Clown is a species rather than class.

Love walruses! Humans not so much.
