Shouldn't that be target creature for the first ability?
Fixed Typo
Well how about we just leave it. Turning every artifact into a 2 for 1 is very strong, it just occurred to me this thing is gonna be in limited.
Well it could cost more, but I think it's much closer to silence.
The more I look at this, the more it seems like it's just Time Walk
I'd boost the abilities price up if that was the case.
Creature uniformity is a problem I'll admit, there are way too many 2/2s for example.
Simplified
The Brass City is full of high society folk, so I think it's fine showing more dimensions to the city than bureaucracy.
Reworked
Good point, changed.
Does that clutter up the text box too much?
The more I look at the spell slingers, the more I dislike them...
Changed to vanilla for now
Changed name, removed untap clause.
Just to let everyone know, I have made a new post back on the home site about the set as a whole.
Heh! Markdown knows not your newfangled #hashtags. But it turns out they work fine as long as you don't put them at the start of a line. #fixedthatforya
was suppose to be [Hashtag]'d
The Gremlins with twobrid artifacts is going to be a beast in limited. I bet it'll be fun too. #GremlinFreedomNow!
There is no way that this text would fit on a card. Searching for two cards might be the only option.
Should this be "Brass City Bureaucrat" instead of Aristocrat?
This feels really odd in this set. The set is pushing colorless mana but this seems like its from a mono-colored set.
Also, it doesn't do anything when it hits the field. That's usually the death knell for a aura, which already have things stacked against them.
Couldn't this just be worded...
"Whenever enchanted land is tapped for mana, its controller adds that much colorless mana to his or her mana pool instead."
Does it need the "colored" part. I know it doesn't reduce the text much but some reduction is better that nothing.
Someone really likes Snapping Drakes. There seem to be quite a bit in the set. Not that that's a bad thing, everyone loves Snapping Drakes...
I think this might be a little too complicated for a common. Removing the untap part would go a long way towards making this a better common, even if it would make the card worse.
It feels kinda weird that this is the only mono-colored legend in the set. Maybe be this shouldn't be a legend.
Vanilla him, I say.
It can be Eldaveth. She can even have flying, just have her using a jet pack in the art.
Forked Bolt sounds sweet.
