Or if it is meant to be green Overrun and white Dragon Blood, at least swap the order.

It's ordered the way it is because of the cycle. The cycle goes {w/u}{u/b}{b/r}{r/g}{g/w}. If we put the "White" ability first it would break the symmetry of the cycle. Although you're right it probably should be only one creature.
