Added minor value for each trigger
That's true. In my mind, you run this in an artifact token deck like treasures, which is a flavor home run (since you're paying Athreos coins)
This cycle was supposed to be based on the Zendikar quests, so I should probably copy their template too
So you sacrifice five artifacts (mandatory, not optional) to return a single creature or planeswalker? And that's costing you

rather than

(see Obzedat's Aid)? That's a hard pass.
If you added some kind of minor reward for each artifact sacrificed (e. g. draining 1-2 life from an opponent), then the incremental gain would balance out better.
I'd also make both parts of the task optional i. e. "you may sacrifice an artifact creature" for the first triggered ability and turning the second part into an activated ability.
There is some flavor disconnect, but that's an ambitious story to tell.
Making a cycle of Herculean tasks based on Theros myth. This one is from the origin story of Athreos: he was the first mortal to die, and brought each of the monocolored gods an offering. They set him in charge of sorting the souls that would follow him and cast his offerings back into the world as five coins, promising that he could retire once the coins were returned

See Buzz Pollination.
See Resonance Bolt. Cultivate can have a strict upgrade as a treat
Obligatory Giant Growth variant
removed mana abilities
My assumption was that giving your opponents mana during your own turn often doesn't matter, so it's not a problem that it sometimes enables counter magic. Otoh, it does get messy that it can pay for more activated abilities, and if it actually doesn't matter, it gets annoying to need to track this trigger
Hmmm, I kinda like the idea of "All mana is given to all players" but maybe not on a card that's also doing it for other abilities.
This may need to be restricted to abilities that aren't mana abilities. I'm quite positive actually. Could you imagine?

made it a keyword
I was trying to make a variant of the ELD quest mechanic, but I accidentally invented companion, didn't I
They really chop and screwed the template, huh
This has nothing to do with the card, but...
Wow! What a coincidence! I just created a hearthstone card last night with the same name! So weird!
See Learned Loxodon.
This is a total knock-off of a new Hearthstone card, but I suspect there's more design space for storing spells to explore
Inspired by a very cute vampire manga I just started. This got too close to Vein Drinker
See Sunken Stone Gargoyle.
