Would putting it on top of your library make it far more attractive to bounce canisters?
It's easy to replace protection with the constituent elements we do want. What is it we believe is useless about this in Tesla? Are there no artifacts that target? Ditch that part. Are there no artifact creatures to block this?
Creatures with power 2 or less gain "T: Destroy target creature with power 3 or more" until EOT?
I did want it to be just permanent, but it still probably play better as nonland. Otherwise more decks would be more willing to pick it up probably.

This is still probably undercosted. Minimum this is a giant growth. The maximum can be quite absurd. 1G? I still kinda thing 2G is right.
...I also don't quite understand why the card is in the set. It's neat, but it's not really doing anything for us in particular. It works with GB and GU, maybe.

We're not pursuing this cycle anymore. We decided on keeping Revolution to
and using the limited DFC space in other colors to capture more important mechanical roles / flavor homeruns.

This is now a green uncommon for G rather than a white common for 2W

I'm okay with making this a 1/4 or 0/5. Which is better, do you think? Let's go for the strongest one.
I think this is fine as-is. Personally, I'd make it a 5/5 4-CMC Roaring Primadox that returns any permanent, which seems fair to me, if not a little pushed. This current design seems pushed nicely as well, of course, but far less of a build-around, especially since it wants the thing you bounce to already be on board.
We are considering pushing the
uncommon to be more powerful while still working well with canisters, though.

Can I just say the the flavor of this is phenomenal? I agree that I worry about this being too stall-y.
This seems a little too 'obvious' about the synergies between Canisters and Revolution. I'd prefer that to remain a discovery moment.
I just don't think we want this card at all. Protection is mostly a goner as well.
