Possible gold uncommon, replacement for Canister Buster
Looks solid
Seems dangerously strong. Maybe: "Canisters you control have '1, T, Sack: Draw a card.'"
Or just, "Whenever you sack an arty, you may pay 2 to draw a card."
I got to play two of this guy in the last playtest. He was very good, but didn't seem insanely good.
However, we were talking about making the trigger "create an artifact token", to differentiate it from the black/green archetype a bit.

If we become worried about the power level, the card draw could easily become a Scry
