I always felt a little disappointed by this during playtesting. Could it have vigilance?
This card will very much be a necessity given the availability of thopters. I think this is the size it should be as well.
Shockingly easy to cast in a dedicated deck. Felt awesome to play, but understandably hard to remove.
Renamed to not suck. Right where it should be cost wise. The artifact creatureness is very relevant. I really liked this card.
3 --> 2. Every time this was played it changed the dynamic of the game in a big way. Helped that both players were playing this card. At two canisters this is probably awesome,
Only was cast once. Turned a losing board into a winning board, but only thanks to an appropriate top deck creature. I would not make this any cheaper at the least. I still think this is at level of where it should be.
This may be my pet card of the set.
I misplayed this as an instant due to being used to Crushing Vines.
Otherwise was a solid card that is far more main deckable than usual.
Not sure if this is the right way to take this. It played very strongly, but that is how Elvish Mystics usually do. This cards exact size really effects the speed of this format.
Played as a 1/1 for the Duel deck to differentiate from (((Elvish Pauper))) (((Rope Maker))) and (((Diminished Druid)))
Played very well. But the biggest question for this card is how on earth do you order bullet points?
Played surprisingly poorly in the Duel Decks. Often there is some sort of Canister or Thopter that can be quickly and painlessly disposed of. The body is alright, but it'd be hard to nudge this up anymore. I think it's fine to have a card be a "sometimes trap" like this
Very good card. Blocks early. Serves as formidable threat when you can normally revolt. Really don't want to touch this (other than to solve the missing the initial ETB problem).
This is very weird. The deck wasn't designed to take advantage of this card. But it seemed appropriately impactful and costed. Backfire is very possible in this set though with many creatures making other creatures.
...felt really bad. Usually you have something better to do, but if you need a big beater, well, you will likely wheel this...
Reuben played it against me once. I felt bad for him.
I think it is still an okay card, but it really feels bad
Awesome card, but the front side looting was never used. It creates a weird tension where the the back is so much better than the front that you'd rather spend your early energy trying to flip it in the first place. I still think it is in the right place however.
Also, in hindsight, 100% uncommon. Real good.
Nudged backside to 3/3 before playtesting. Played well, though I am not sure if it made a huge impact anyways
Just finished a playtest of a UG Duel Deck crafted based on Revolution, Canisters, Cipher, and Thopters.
Will be adding comments to related cards shortly
Reuben, feel free to contradict my posts :P

Synergy with UW faction. Pun on "High" Consul. Evasive control finisher.
Why is this flying?
I mean, its not quite a lock down. You can still play cards, just at a cost. You will only need to discard once so you can play a bunch of things at once to render Justice useless/suboptimal.
Granted late game with counter back up or with many justice friends this can get obnoxious, but I think I would be fine with it since in the environment there really aren't good Counterspells on file at the moment. Repurpose seemed the only reliable one, but Advancement seems on the out, so we'll see.
Also, if you kill it without any other Justice creatures on board nothing happens.
Sorta enforcing epic? Seems like a very harsh and unfun kind of lockdown though.
Hahaha. That is indeed a pretty mythic law!
Typing. Leaving as a 3/4 for now since three color may be hard without mana fixing at the moment.
Both versions are worth testing, or a 3cmc 0/5 -> 5/5
