Creature typing

This card will very much be a necessity given the availability of thopters. I think this is the size it should be as well.

I always felt a little disappointed by this during playtesting. Could it have vigilance?

Sure! Vigilance it is!

This still feels so underwhelming in playtesting but is probably fair for whats its trying to do.

I wonder if maybe first strike would be better than vigilance due to the number of other 1 toughness fliers and then makes it a little more interesting as a ground blocker.

Does is at least feel like sideboard tech? It really was never meant to be that great of a card. It was designed to keep armies of thopters at bay, particularly in colors that are usually pretty light on anti-flier tech.

If it doesn't fill that role, then it needs changed.

Suggestion: Rather than Vigilance (which is less necessary with canisters in the file), we could have Defender and {1}, {t}: Anti-Air Turret deals 1 damage to target opponent. Make it more akin to Archer's Parapet and Razortip Whip.

It did the thing! This very much sits as an "anti-thopter card". It looked only okay at its job, but that was the hope all along!
