Um. Wow. Landfall - Make a canister... That seems very strong. Isn't this in fact basically better than Lotus Cobra? (Except for colour-fixing, but I think that's more than made up for by the other uses of canisters, the ability to stockpile them from turn to turn, and the extra toughness.)

It's different since the context is different. There really aren't that many ways to trigger land fall here. Still, you are probably right.

This might just want to be a canister bear at common. It still might be too good.

Nerfing

Played as a 1/1 for the Duel deck to differentiate from (((Elvish Pauper))) (((Rope Maker))) and (((Diminished Druid)))

Not sure if this is the right way to take this. It played very strongly, but that is how Elvish Mystics usually do. This cards exact size really effects the speed of this format.

use Canister boilerplate

For the record I like this version, which is obviously pretty different to how it was when I commented a month ago.

Adding to Skeleton

changing from a G 1/1 to a bear to increase playability

Woah woah woah woah. Increase playability? Have you played with this guy and not thought he was insane? As nearly an Elvish Mystic In constructed this card is super strong, I'd say defining. This is actually much more of a nerf than you realize (Though I am sure you give 0 cares about a constructed format that would never exist). Still there should be work for constructed as that is still a part of set design, even if this fake.

I'm fine with the change, but saying it is for increased playability is misinformed.

in limited was the context for the change.

Could do with another 1 toughness creature in green.

changing Recharge text

Thoughts on making this either a 3/4 for {3}{g} or just a 2/2?

Probably just a 2/2. I'm not sure what one and only one canister really gets you at 4 mana.

Every time I look at this card or just seems to be getting more and more buff.

added 1 toughness

Could this be a death trigger? Flavored as being "processed" into a canister.

...is there a reason not to have this back at 1/1 for {g} as it was originally designed? There still seems to be hole in the 1 drop spot?

This plays so well
