Two copies of Good as New can create a lot of canisters. Whether that's a bug or a feature is debatable.

It's significantly better than spellbook.

Perhaps the back side ability could be "whenever you draw a card, you may pay . If you do, create a thopter."

I don't see the point in that? If you have seven or more cards in hand, you don't need help drawing cards, right? I was thinking you might need help winning the game, though, since the rest of your deck is built around getting you lots of cards.

The intent was that this turned into a win-con. I didn't want it to be as inevitable as Psychosis Crawler, though.

I think that needing another artifact creature is too restrictive. Also now that the unblockable cost so much it doesn't really fit in raid.
