As a sidenote, I've thought about giving some of the Aeran cards a musical theme in their naming. What's more enlightening that art and culture, and therefore music?
Actually, this probably doesn't belong at common.
I just made this as a collecting ground for multicolor commons, my submissions for which I'll list below. Not that these aren't much of an attempt to conform to a skeleton.
Aven Glimmerwing
Aeran Intelligencer
Aeran Elf
Aeran Priest
Thermalmancer
Psychomancer
Follower of the Dark Cloud
Enlightening Aura
Educated Denial
Deny Knowledge
Truthsayer's Hymn
We already know there will be something similar to the cycle mentioned in Flying Bears, so I'm adding them now. I wasn't sure what to put down, though, since this cycle's conversation seemed to draw the most opinions, in which all the team members seemed to have a different idea of what exactly the cycle should consist of. I figured the best thing to do was to go back to Alex's original recommendation of just making CDs, then altering their stats to my taste, because, well, I'm the one putting them down. Obviously, the team still has plenty to talk about here, though.
Oh, also, the one creature I'm not adding is Flying Bears itself, since the card that started the conversation can easily represent itself.
Generally, will only have flying on your turn.
Added a mana cost to the ability.
We appear to be right on each other's tails, link. You created this page less than a minute ago. I was planning on adding the multi-bears and the signets, since we already knew those were in in some form.
Think I'll start with the signets, just in case you're doing the bears as I type.
Sad. You're right, I admit. I'm going to switch this to a 1/3ish creature.
Hm. This is a nice concept, but I don't like commons that do nothing on their own. I think this should either be uncommon, or a creature that arrives with +1/+1 counters either on itself or another target.
I agree with trying the more dramatic version first.
