Good thought. There are a number of cantrip Auras, but the subset of them which boost P/T have been pretty uninspiring: Scavenged Weaponry, Ritual of Steel... Vampirism isn't bad, but it's doing something very different. I think this is an excellent simple common.

I think it should probably be 3 mana rather than 2, though.

add code, and make 3 mana not 2

A good card, made better with Enlighten in the same set. Unfortunately, Soft Filter is also in the set, making these two cards uncomfortably similar.

I'd ask this card to become +0/+4, but I got a better idea. Why don't we turn this into a Divination slot? Blue doesn't have anything in that spot, and I'm sure we can come up with some interesting variation that involves white somehow.

Good call. Okay, a {w}{u} Divination. Will think about it on my cycle ride to work.

Lifegain would be deathly dull. Also absurdly expensive going by Kiss of the Amesha.

The next white effect I thought of was token-making, a la Bant Sojourners. Presumably since this is an Aer card the token should have flying Now drawing two cards and making a flyer sounds like Mulldrifter to me. Going down to {2}{w}{u} gets you Messenger Falcons.

I suspect a 1/1 flying creature with ETB draw-2-cards would still be too good for 4 mana... but I wonder whether a sorcery draw-2-cards and make a 1/1 flyer token might be okay at 4 mana. The difference between sorcery and creature is huge: Mulldrifter is a classic target for Momentary Blink, Venser, the Sojourner, Reveillark etc etc. Sorceries are far harder to recur and token creatures are somewhat less resilient. So I find it plausible that Divination + Spiritual Visit for a flyer could be okay at {2}{w}{u}.

Those suggestions seem reasonable to me. Note that I just pointed out we may change Soft Filter, so there is a question, which of these two cards do we prefer where it is?

This card's current implementation isn't very white. If you showed me the rules text I'd guess it was green or green-blue. Which isn't a problem per se, but I think it indicates that it's fine to change this if we want. I agree we also want to change Soft Filter, but that's fine too; we could try something else for this slot.

I think I was thinking of Wall of Omens when I made this.

I'd say something about this card tapping a creature(s) when you play it, but, by the time you've added white and blue together, you no longer have to worry about evasion. Kind of an odd problem to have.

This could also be a strange restrictive spell if we want it. "Draw 2 cards. Other players can only play one spell this turn". Which seems about right for adding a little white, but tuns this card into an instant. It could say "Until the beginning of your next turn", but I don't think that's wise on a common. Same thing with applies to Propaganda effects.

Edit: Woah. (.s) creates snow mana.

Yeah. It's also a problem when people list options like (a), (b), (c), (d). Blame Vitenka for creating Lower case symbols :P I think C is trying to be the Planechase Chaos symbol, but I haven't uploaded it...

Yeah, there's no way to keep everyone happy when they want mutually contradictory things... :)
