They're exiled; the attach was just for memory. I guess I could just leave them unattached and rely on the "this way" clause.
Does this work? I don't doubt that you can make auras and equipment to attach to artifacts, but wouldn't they fall off when they realize they're attached to an artifact? I'm pretty sure that's what happens to, say, man-lands...
Voodoo Doll + Enchantment Seal
Um, wow. That's a lot of rules text.
Ok; we've got two thing that are temporary; and the easiest way to express it is culmulative upkeep. Made W/G because it wants to be an artifact, but mustn't be because then red can use it. At 4+ I don't mind so much. And allow it to hit equipment because that seems interesting.
Yes. And lifeloss cost creature isn't black?
I guess maybe it could make only black mana, but then it'd be even less desirable.
This barely seems black. Is Lotus misspelled on purpose?
At any point during your upkeep?
Mmm, true. And almost all the tricksy ways round getting your draw without a drawstep won't work either; as you don't get an untap or an upkeep either. Unwinding Clock and (I dunno, Candles of Leng and some mana artifacts) is the only way round it I can think of offhand.
But you're giving up a draw step (one card) each time you kill a creature (one card).
Birchlore Rangers + Angelic Shield
I suspect just on pure card advantage (This will always remove at least one card from an opponent, and usually at least two as they kill it) it's too strong.
That is really interesting. I really can't tell whether it's unplayable junk or a regular part of tournament decks. (Either way I think the mana cost is about right.) Nice work.
Hmm. Tough to call. That seems like a strong drawback, but in many control decks, it roughly replaces your next draw, with drawing a card named Murder and casting it for free right now. Sure you don't attack with your creatures, but 'draw-go' doesn't do that until much later in the game. You also don't get to untap... but you don't need to untap if you aren't casting counterspells... and you aren't casting counterspells because you're casting Murder instead.
But... hmm... I guess you're only able to cast Murder every other turn. Don't know. It is tough to price...
Planeswalker's Scorn + Moldy Rock
Keeps the "Big effect, big drawback" of moldy, and the scorn turns it into a creature killer and a planeswalker.
So; a somewhat terrifying murder stick; with a vast drawback. Reasonable?
Vengevine + Irn-Sont, Nantuko Paragon
Clearly the only way to approach this was to write everything down and then get rid of clauses until it was vaguely sane.
So many options!
Thunder Spirit + Card10257.... Um, let's not. + Gambler's shiv
Involving coins makes it red. Red gets cheap first strike, but not especially cheap flying; so this is probably quite nice. It doesn't always destroy itself if you lose the flip - but you're attacking with it and it's a 2/2, so you quite probably do.
Discard Emrakul and you end up with a mind-numbing bunch of triggers. Plus one Emrakul.
It's even more fun if you discarded Pestilent Souleater first.
Altar of the Lost + Blessed Ghost
Couldn't come up with a good mash; so I gave up and did this instead.
Reduce power to zero, add deathtouch... probably skip the unearth and add exiling clause. Maybe convert unearth into a phoenix ability, and change the creature type. At least, that's my suggestion.
Maybe just downcost it by one? It seems roughly comparable to a Dragon Whelp to me.
