Reminiscent of Skeleton Scavengers. Also a really glaring example of how confusing it is having the verb "regenerate" refer to two different game actions.
"Gamma" is not an actual Time Lord. I'm brainstorming different ideas on how to represent the Doctor in my set. If I can create a flavorful, splashy card, I'll slot it in as a mythic. See also: Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Epsilon.
This version focuses on his vindictive side. The Doctor is willing to give you a chance to live in peace, but if you blow that one chance, you're screwed. (See The Runaway Bride for an example of this.)
"Beta" is not an actual Time Lord. I'm brainstorming different ideas on how to represent the Doctor in my set. If I can create a flavorful, splashy card, I'll slot it in as a mythic. See also: Alpha, Gamma, Delta, and Epsilon.
This version is a little less subtle. The Doctor is a vigilant protector of Earth, but when he regenerates, it takes him a while to recover.
"Alpha" is not an actual Time Lord. I'm brainstorming different ideas on how to represent the Doctor in my set. If I can create a flavorful, splashy card, I'll slot it in as a mythic. See also: Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Epsilon.
This version shows the way that Time Lords grow and gain experience as live longer. This comes at a cost, however: they may become disillusioned with the world and stop regenerating.
lowered cost
Actually, I don't think so. Unfortunately, I have to use Gleemax for templating.
Oh god. It does.
According to the comments on the article, Sneezing Monkey looks a lot like Michael Jackson.
Does this need to reference the stack? That's unfortunate.
The article said that it was highly resilient and that if you compressed it, it would spring back. I already made a "can't be compressed" card (Pultoid Stalwart), so this time I made a "reverse compression" card.
The easiest way to find a sneezing monkey? Wait until it starts raining, then follow the sneezes.
Thank you!
Yeah, I don't know how that happened. I made 9 of them, but the 10th is only a fossil.
Nice implementation of the flavor.
