  @ Alex - It's "not named" because it's not a legend, thus you could use it to kill your second Malice to turn on the graveyard ability.

  As to the power-level, I'm not going to be too concerned for the moment. You can't outright compare it to Kuro, who was also a 9/9 in the set that followed Mirrodin. It may just need an additional in the ability's cost, it may not.

  Yeah... this incarnation may single-handedly win you the game as soon as you play it. Comparatively, I would play this card in a heartbeat:

  Wow, that first ability was last seen on a 9 mana demon: Kuro, Pitlord. A bit too strong for a 4-drop.

  Wording-wise, it's more standard to say "another target creature" than "target creature not named ~".
