As to the power-level, I'm not going to be too concerned for the moment. You can't outright compare it to Kuro, who was also a 9/9 in the set that followed Mirrodin. It may just need an additional
in the ability's cost, it may not.
Yeah... this incarnation may single-handedly win you the game as soon as you play it. Comparatively, I would play this card in a heartbeat:
