If he stays alive after his ultimate, he can just keep using it every other turn. Is that too crazy?
Ah, yes. Silly oversight.
Nooo. At least, it shouldn't. Those two abilities should count as linked abilities, so the second would only be able to cast something exiled by the first.
BTW, making the first ability "As" rather than "When" doesn't work. For the same reason that Orb of Dreams doesn't ETBT itself, this Sliver wouldn't itself get to exile a card. I think it'd be fine to use "When" - Isochron Scepter did, after all.
A Snapcaster Titan sounds utterly terrifying. Yawgmoth's Agenda on a 6/6 stick? Why not?
Yow! It eats other planeswalkers for breakfast! It loves Dark Depths, and has generally awesome abilities. Hilarious fun.
If a Sliver managed to exile something with another ability... would this let it cast that thing?
Ah, good point, dude1818.
Alex: Snapcast Titan? That sounds... awesome!
Blood Moon Nightmare? Cold-Eyed Coffin Queen? Elesh Norn's Spirit Guide? Imperious Javelineers?
Bwahahaha. That's a scary card. One of those mashups that's obvious from its name what it does, in a completely terrifying way. Like... Snapcaster Titan, maybe? Coat-of-Arms Changeling? Flametongue Sliver?
Cool. You'll want to give the other Slivers the ETB ability, though, otherwise only this one is exiling cards. "Slivers you control have "When this permanent enters the battlefield, ...""
I don't think anything other than Karn Liberated SHOULD restart the game.
...And this gets reshuffled and can get recast in that restarted game too?
I don't think restarting the game is something that should be done without also giving someone a way to break the symmetry like Karn does.
Flavor text.
First ability looked veeery unimpressive next to that of Jace, the Mind Sculptor.
Uncommon--> Common
The token didn't have flying.
Forgot rarity.
