If he stays alive after his ultimate, he can just keep using it every other turn. Is that too crazy?

Looking back, I think Narblegab may have to cost {4}{g}{u}{b}, and/or that his ultimate should only provide five counters.

I reduced his ultimate from producing 10 counters to only producing 5.
