Why doesn't this put one in your hand? Putting it on top then drawing a card seems unnecessary.
It makes a slightly better Signal Pest, too.
Well, drawing six cards is nice, too. The ideal thing would be to find a way for this to ping or fight your creatures and you.
Er. Oops, I misspoke. You gain the life, but it's not you who draws the cards, it's the opponent. If they don't have any blockers, because if they did they'd clearly be taking advantage of the free Vigor effect.
Heh, the opposite of Quicksilver Gargantuan. I like it.
Amusingly, it's actually better than Clone on some things like Pentavus or Char-Rumbler.
Oh... You're right. Hmm. That's unfortunate.
This is almost strictly worse than Ancient Ziggurat; there can't be many decks that run more planeswalkers than nonlegendary creatures, especially not in the menagerie of colors that would lead you to a card like this for fixing. Even just for balance, the minor boost of an unconditional
is easy to justify.

Hm. I'd agree with you, but it seems some any color lands tap for 1 and some don't - I don't know if it's for flavour or balance
Nice. Feels like it'd still be okay if it could also tap for
.
Gleep! Initially looks awesome. But it's actually a horrible denial engine. If you're manascrewed and discarding, suddenly you have no prospect of drawing any land again. More evilly, if I can bounce your lands that becomes equivalent to putting them on top of your deck.
Added Cleric subtype.
