Cycle with Palden, State of Suffering, Tiaojan, Territory of Turmoil, Nandes, Duchy of Dominance, and Ralia, Province of Promise.
I would prefer the typeline on these be "Legendary Land- Country," to be honest, but, as I mentioned on Nandes, giving these the Planeswalker type makes it clear how I want them to function.
Are loyalty lands a good idea? Well, I think they need playtesting. I really like the idea and the flavor, but how much of a power tradeoff is it if your land can be attacked? Should they start with 2 loyalty counters (and therefore have the "ultimates" set at a higher bar?)
Hee! Jack had a bunch of these in his set, Gentlemen Magicians. I playtested them at one point. They play well, though they need careful balancing. It is a significant drawback that your lands can be attacked.
Gosh, I never got around to adding a way to specify the planeswalker frame without having type planeswalker? Sorry about that, I thought I had.
Edit: Oh... I hacked it. The database supports it, but the UI doesn't. Wavemaker Leviathan looks right, but will be broken to look wrong the next time anyone edits it. Darn, I should fix that.
Increased starting loyalty to 2.
