Eshira, the Seat of the Ivory Throne, is a city of white towers and gilded gates. It is inhabited solely by powerful magical automatons, whose only purposes are to maintain the city and to prevent any being from entering until a winner of the Great Game has been declared.

This would be a Planeswalker, not a Planeswalker Land... The latter makes no sense, given that planeswalkers are just planeswalkers. Karn isn't an Artifact Planeswalker, even though he's not an Eldrazi and he's colorless.

"Planeswalker Land" isn't literal in this set, insomuch as these wouldn't be printed with that typeline. Instead, the type would be "Land — Country," which is a bit less silly. The functionality, however, would be almost identical to "Planeswalker Land." I've only had to make these Planeswalker Lands because otherwise the loyalty abilities don't display correctly.
