There's no power level schism between rares and mythics, instead it's just a flavor/impact difference. The hourglass that is in the rare slot certainly feels more mythic than this.
I'm going to go with my proposed change. It prevents all of your lands from swinging and is much clearer.

Never mind what I said about not having a lord cycle (only briefly glanced before having to leave), you should try to balance the number of creatures of these types in the set. black has 9 vampires, white has 7 knights, red has 6 goblins, green has 6 elves, yet blue only has 4 merfolk?

So as soon as you play it all your lands become 0/0 creatures since its not equipping anything and immediately die. Even if this card were to work this way its a bit too strong at rare and should probably be bumped up to mythic.

another card that just doesn't seem like an elf. Since when were elves huge predators?

The effect is fine but I don't like the fact that this is an elf. Core sets don't usually have that much tribal synergy and 1/4 of the green creatures in this set are elves. You didn't have any of the other creatures used in the lord cycle and green is already fairly decent in limited. Why so much support?
Name sounds like it comes into play and steals a land (which wouldn't be a bad idea). Just not as good as bogarden hellkite.

This would be a lot better with something like shower of sparks or lunge but as is doesn't seem well supported in draft since everyone can just splash the burn spells anyway. Maybe some more double red costing burn?

It obviously needs playtesting, but more for flavour than for strength, I think. There's not much to compare it to, but see, for instance, hornet sting (which is a baseline for "worst possible instant damage"), it's more flexible in that it can be played as an instant, or left on the board, but it's restrictive in what it hits. It seems about right to me.
I think (?) if you use "copy of" terminology, the lands will copy the original values, not the modified values (which is probably more balanced for +?/+? effects too!), but it will be awkward phrasing it so it copies the P/T but nothing else.
It has a Warp World type synergy with cards that create tokens. It's possible it should cost less, but even if it's not that powerful, I think it's still an exciting card, and there's nothing wrong with that.
I think the card is cool, but even if it says "sacrifice any number of permanents you control" I agree it suffers from Disintegrate being better in most situations -- that's ok for limited, but will probably still create feel-bad moments (and probably be utterly game losing if your opponent has a redirect effect :)) It's only better than disintegrate if (a) you only draw it late-game (b) you have at least 8 lands (c) your opponent has more life than you have lands (d) your opponent has fewer life than you have permanents. Which is quite specific.
Flavor is an elvish hunter. There are numerous elves who are larger (or can be larger) than 3/3.
However, this card is a possible choice for re-flavoring.
That final is bonkers why halo thar 4x tarmogoyf

Creature type balance is something I'll look at once I know I like the cards that are in.
It's a rare. The abyss effect can be dodged by attacking with your creatures.
Good call.
I love one mana instants with simple effects + draw a card glad to see you put it in.
Possibly make it a "may" effect
Equipped creature becomes a one sided abyss. I think deathtouch and first strike would be fine as this can just dominate limited.
Love blink effects maybe at W?

Love this card. Great design.
It's a kicked Orim's Chant. It's certainly more playable than Silence, but like Orim's Chant it's not that great (except when on an isochron scepter).
Wow Silence but for attacking as well. May need to cost more than just
. Interesting idea.
"opponents" or target opponent
