Flash is just inelegant on this card. It's like saying this is an artifact instant, only you can still cast it at the end of your turn without targeting anyways? Which seems a little above the curve?
I would argue for this starting at 1/1, at the very least. This combos way too easily with a pile of Constructed playable cards. I'm also a little weirded out by the "pet" being a Human Shaman.
You have... a lot of Knights in your set. Building around this card in Limited doesn't take any work at all, since all the solid white creatures you're picking up anyways also happen to be Knights. I guess if you're okay with that...
It's a sorcery? :( I don't think obsoleting Reviving Dose is too much of an issue, to be quite honest. Alternatively you could make it 2 (I assume you want synergy with Jace’s Respite though).
I don't like the tension between wanting to attack and wanting to Blinding Mage. Vigilance would be better here (though obviously then it wouldn't be at common)

Not upkeep? It seems kind of awkward to let your opponent rebuild first.
Thank you for fixing Dormant Gomozoa!
There is absolutely no way in hell this is anywhere close to fair in any Constructed format.
So are you intending to let players walk into Bleed and get themselves Armageddoned? Just want to check.
Another card for Knight tribal in colorless? :
YOU JUST MADE THREE PSEUDO OVERRUNS FOR 1GG
What part of this is red.
First Volley cantrips now? Jeez.
This seems a little confusing to have alongside Fire Imp at uncommon.
There is no way this is costed correctly. Reference Wild Ricochet, which is only "better" when you're redirecting an opponent's targeted spell...
Garruk's Packleader was already really good. This is just unfair.
This is a pseudo-Overrun. At common.
You can't sacrifice creatures you don't control.
So... it... just kills itself?

IT'S AN INSTANT??
You have this, Liliana's Vision AND Divination?
This guy seems unbelievably unfair once it sticks around for even a single activation.
Blinding Mage :

Righteous is misspelled. This card is really, really good. Compare Volcanic Strength/Oakenform, which are already fairly playable.

Triple Excommunicate for 2WW is not okay, period.
