What part of this is red.

Stone Idol Trap is another red card that hates on attacking creatures. In both cases it's allowed for flavor.

Fire At Will is also a card playable in red only decks that hates on attackers.

Name sounds like it comes into play and steals a land (which wouldn't be a bad idea). Just not as good as bogarden hellkite.

It is sufficiently different from Hellkite. The flavor is a dragon who defends his home territory.

I think it's pretty resonant, but it seems like nobody else does? Tell me what you think.

It needs playtesting: under the right circumstance, it's a massive reversal, and yet doesn't quite feel mythic for me. But I definitely do like the flavour.

Yeah. I got to admit, my first thought before looking at the responses wasn't "That's a cool dragon defending it's territory", it was "Why isn't this an Angel?"
