not quite hexproof
See Dhilit, Consul of Commerce. Technically you lose the mana at the end of the following untap step

Meh, silver-bordered cards aren't real
flashback -> jump-start
I figured that flashback is an almost deciduous mechanic, so it made more sense to use in the cycle. Completely forgot that jump-start had the discard additional cost. That also alleviates concerns I had about targeting (that someone might think you could flashback the card you discarded)
Since your flashback requires a discard and the cost is equal to the mana cost anyway:

See Team Spirit.
See Team Spirit. Concept: several identical Izzet goblins in lab coats sitting around a conference table holding an obviously unstable experiment
See Fiend Artisan. Concept: Lorehold ghost who's the sports coach
Added +1/+1 ability
Banding is technically an upside. It should probably have a normal lord ability too, because the downside is particularly steep
Everything about this design is a meme.
Fate has it, I learnt today that there are at least three games called "Rattenkönig" on itch.io. The one I linked makes you feel for the poor rat.
I feel overall the abilities are quite a drawback. On a legendary creature, no less.
If we reverse the polarity of the ion matrix, we should be able to reroute power from the warp core to the replicator, then recreate the mana stone in a stable tachyon matrix
Only one bone
See The Bag Lady.
tweaked to differentiate from small gods cycle
