Is

too cheap for a repeatable "target creature deals damage equal to its power to its controller?"
Edit: It's

now, which seems fine.
Oh. Yes. Yes, it is. For some reason I thought you were confused by the second ability.
It's a static ability. Never mind.
Why would that be a problem? It would lose its ability to tap things, which it could only activate if untapped, anyway.
But what if this becomes tapped? 0_o
I made this tap only nonland permanents.
Maybe it could be "
: Add
or
to your mana pool." That might be a bit strong, though.
Hahahaha. Oops. It's supposed to be "
: Add
to your mana pool." What a silly typo.
That first ability certainly looks like it does a good job of "morphing" the mana in your mana pool.
/me wonders what the sickest
C instant is he can think of to play turn 1.
This kinda makes it look like the discard ability costs
to activate (which would be a bit silly)
Suggest making it either "Bargain 1" or just "Bargain"
:-)
I feel this can cost less than Polymorph because there aren't really things that make enchantment tokens.
Um. But I can just destroy the enchantment, without giving them compensation, and more cheaply?
Oh right, the polymorph trick. And yup, there are some NICE cost 6+ white and blue enchantments. Sneaky.
Changed name.
It happens sometimes with tribal decks. This thing would have taken a deep cut in the faerie deck from Lorwyn (though, that interaction would probably have been welcome).
Personally, I don't see why this can't stop at two flyers of your choice... but I also can't see why the card can't go whole hog. It sure would be exciting the time it snags 5 flyers. Exciting/devastating.
I don't think there are too many decks that are entirely flying creatures, are there?
Ouch. This is incredibly swingy. Some players, does nothing. Some? Reduces them completely to land and whatever they can draw. A devastating turn2 cast.
