How's this?
Softened color commitment and made stronger.
Looks rather overcosted. "Tutor up the third-best card in my deck" doesn't look like it should cost

.
I'm having trouble finding a good name for this. The flavor I have in mind is a guy that goes "Oh no! Look at the power the enemy has! I had better call in reinforcements!" I can't think of a name to invoke that, though.
This... is a really good idea. I'd love to see a counter heavy format with even a full cycle of rare or uncommon lands like this. Good choice.
This should be uncommon...I think.
My late-night creations are hit-or-miss. I didn't realize this was such a lockdown/win condition when I created it.
Possible fixes:
1) Up the mana cost.
2.) Have it become "Whenever a player loses life, each players' life total becomes equal to the lowest life total among players." Also a reversed clause for gaining life.
3.) Change it to "If a player would gain life, each player loses that much life instead." Remove the second clause.
Also, change to a mythic rare.
Well, unless they're gonna win on decking or poison; yeah.
4-mana for a complete lockdown does seem a it unfair.
So if you play this when you're ahead on life, and have any life sink like Hex Parasite or Wall of Blood, you just win? (And even if you don't have one of those, it becomes a 4-mana, 7-toughness Platinum Angel that the opponent will absolutely have to remove before they can make any progress?)
Missing a word.
Thank! That's one reason. I also thought sorcery sounded more flavorfully demonic. Isochron Scepter only does instants, so in some ways, this is a counterpart.
As Fog or Journey to Nowhere this is completely fine. The issue is whether it's too good as a blinker on your own creatures. Conjurer's Closet gives you one free blink per turn for
mana up front, so this is probably fine as three free blinks for
up front, or as a Seal of Blinking for
.
Wheee! Awesome :) Why just sorcery rather than sorcery or instant? To narrow the choices even further?
Get rid of X creatures for a turn, or one creature for X turns. Huh. I don't know either. Zott's one creature for one turn for three; when o-ring zots it forever at the same cost. So that's ok. It gets efficient when you spend a lot more and that's probably ok.
I'm unsure how to cost this one.
There's Graceful Adept in blue, but "Grace" as a colour-affiliated-word is strongly associated with white-anti-black. See Voice of Grace (in her cycle, Voice of Law / Voice of Reason / Voice of Duty / Voice of Truth); the five Spheres (Sphere of Grace etc); and similarly Mask of Law and Grace, Disciple of Grace / Disciple of Law, and Absolute Grace / Absolute Law.
