Get rid of X creatures for a turn, or one creature for X turns. Huh. I don't know either. Zott's one creature for one turn for three; when o-ring zots it forever at the same cost. So that's ok. It gets efficient when you spend a lot more and that's probably ok.

As Fog or Journey to Nowhere this is completely fine. The issue is whether it's too good as a blinker on your own creatures. Conjurer's Closet gives you one free blink per turn for {5} mana up front, so this is probably fine as three free blinks for {5} up front, or as a Seal of Blinking for {3} .
