Could this put pushed to having the creatures cost {2} less per counter? Outside of EDH, getting the counters is going to be fairly situational.

I'm having trouble finding a good name for this. The flavor I have in mind is a guy that goes "Oh no! Look at the power the enemy has! I had better call in reinforcements!" I can't think of a name to invoke that, though.
