took your suggestion.
changed to triggered. It is a beast yes, but 3x 1/1 creatures can block and kill it.
reminiscent of Disintegrate and Incinerate brought it more inline with Incinerate's wording.
not core set common no, but I wanted to keep it common as an example of having choices. If the cost was -1/-1 until end of turn then yes, definitely uncommon.
removed the 'attacks each turn if able' clause.
It would be helpful to link or at least name the sets that are supposed to go with this one.
As always, context provides a lot. Thanks. :)
Sorry to ramble so much about landwalk being swingy, when the matter was a one-shot effect. :P
This is a bit subjective, I agree, but I personally think that Foundry Street Denizen and Welkin Guide make much more sense than if they had their mana costs inverted, for example.
Oh, okay. It makes much more sense now.
FYI, if this is to be drafted with other sets, it will make it a lot harder to have more than one. Maybe change it to care about a tribe.
(Saying this because it's not attractive in Constructed, no matter how casual.)
Don't be confused by its printed text. Its Oracle makes it work from anywhere.
Much more attractive. I even think I like it more than Griffin Rider, because this at least does something in the meantime.
My bad. I didn't realize this set had sets behind it.
I was going to suggest the same change you made. But it still doesn't solve the "why do I do with this?" issue on a common.
Whoops. I think I either read it wrong or was very sleepy.
changed cost, will wait until 2nd sweep to change rarity
you are right it is.
This plays into the previous 2 sets of the block. The green/black Intaki are somewhat similar to the slivers - there are drones that are just as is but also synapse creatures that boost all drones.
Your second and third comments seem to cancel each other out. The ability won't do much on turn 1, but you could potentially save it for a later time if you don't think the 1/1 will be useful. And it's not so swingy because it's a oneoff. This certainly isn't exciting, but I think this is fine.
The first two sets of the block had more Vampires for this to work with.
You're right, I never noticed my typo of +2/-1 it was supposed to be +2/+1 and I have made that change - this was designed as an Unholy Strength update that hurt those who were too 'pure', thanks for the catch.
