>>702.93a Miracle is a static ability linked to a triggered ability (see rule 603.11). “Miracle [cost]” means “You may reveal this card from your hand as you draw it if it’s the first card you’ve drawn this turn. When you reveal this card this way, you may cast it by paying [cost] rather than its mana cost.”
>>702.93b If a player chooses to reveal a card using its miracle ability, they play with that card revealed until that card leaves their hand, that ability resolves, or that ability otherwise leaves the stack.
You need to follow Tahazzar's template exactly for the card to work correctly
I'm quite certain this still doesn't work. Ie. Qasali Ambusher is worded as it is because "Whenever a creature attacks you" wouldn't do anything while the card is in your hand (unrevealed). Similarly even the reminder text of miracle makes no allusions to any kind of 'whenever' trigger.
> You may reveal a land card from your hand as you draw it. When you reveal a card this way, you may put it onto the battlefield tapped.
Sounds pretty wonky, but if I'm reading the miracle rulings right, that's how it's actually worded. The reveal obviously can't be mandatory as it 'triggers' from a hidden zone.
Very cool! Doesn't look super broken either, nice idea!
big plays
Nice! Also i think making it a 3/5 would be more color-appropriate
value town
cool cool
followed tahazzar's rulings
Whenever Froggychum gives advice, ignore it, and listen to dude1818 or Tahazzar instead
Also dude1818 i saw you on blogatog :D
i'm still being unhelpful. i'll see myself out with my confusing words. listen to these smartiepants instead
The actual rules text of miracle is
>702.93. Miracle

Needs miracle tech:

Abilities can't trigger from hidden zones. At least, hidden cards can't. That's why miracle reveals the card when you draw it.
