Randomness has always confused me in this game...
Maybe make it an activated ability to be less problematic?

A: (Draws a card.) "Oh, yeah, drawing a land card right now. Totally am going to put that card onto the battlefield now."
B: "In response." (Activates Greel, Mind Raker to make them discard a card at random.)
A: (Randomly discards a land.) "So... well... I'll now put a land card from my hand onto the battlefield, but don't worry! It's the one I have just drawn. The one I discarded has been in my hand for a while."
B: "... I can't know that. Randomization is supposed to keep that information from me."
my idea for the flavor for this card is this:
its a summon of kruphix on theros, and has an important role in the world, not yet enough to be legendary. sorta like chromanticore
this card would serve better in commander than constructed.
6 drops like this are cool in modeern and legacy, but not entirely playable. BUT IN COMMANDER... oh boy

I like this card a lot, you lose out on 4 mana each turn, but if you cast it at the right point in a game, that won't matter especially with the mass in the graveyard! If this were real it would go in my black sac deck!

I don't think so. I don't think it works at all:

In the absence of lands that come into play face-down, I think you're safe.
You may reveal that card might need to be in there?

^ yuss agreed 6 is a bit expensive (not really, it makes sense) and definitely worth it
but all my boros decks are too aggro for a 6 drop.
but this still could fit just from strength alone

I wouldn't have gone with Elemental but I don't know much just from the name :D (enchantment creature is a nice touch, if a bit confusing)
