I can see rare, but this doesn't have the oooomph to be a mythic. Looks similar to Nissa's Renewal.

If this were yesterday i would have suggested buffing it, but maybe instead you could add something new to it?

There is lots to do with lands, and the name Tumbling Terrain gives lots of flexibility ideas to head, I'm sure it could be more appropriate at mythic with the OOOMPH
