i understanded that about the middle ability, but it's way too long winded and they dont have much synergy.
as for the ult, it's not like that at all, since you choose the permanents, you can in theory exile an opponents board state, and then you get advantage for an already advantageous ability.
If you dont wanna use lose / gains on a walkers ult thats up to you, but this ability isn't fun to play against at all, it's basically an overcomplicated win spell.. This only hits your perms if you want it to. Most the time this just wins, which i guess is cost balanced, but not interesting.
It would be more interesting to see either of those two abilities on their own or in a more synergizing combo.
If you wanna do a color's significatn, maybe just remove the suffix off of -3 and add a 0 that gains life. (actually maybe switch the scry and life gain, as scrying takes a lot of time)
the last ability is a very white and blue thing, but there are many other ways they could work well together, and this isn't one
the middle ability is three iconic abilities of the cards three colwrs put together. Four abilities is a lot, but maybe it can work. The last ability is a sort of mass removal spell that givrs you free stuff, like "kill everything and start over" It's a -10, so its worth working up to, and your own permanents makes it a lose something gain something, which i wouldnt use for any ultimate on a walker.
maybe turn the card into some sort of land sac/destruction/death/regain/etc thing? the name fits.. Maybe make a new design, it could be golgari?
i agree this doesnt make sense to be mythic, and idk y w/b is less mythic-y.. But I also do think there isn't any logic in being opposed to rarity in a mythic only set, as rather than just have the name, wurms also has the rarity symbol, removing that would change no facts and i don't see the reasoning behind it.
However don't mistake me, i do fully think all cards in a mythics set should feel like mythics.
I like the flavor, but it doesnt make alot of sense to me on this card, and still not on a golgari version as i suggested.
If this card is a mythic because "every card in the set is a mythic" rather than being "mythic worthy" then why use rarity at all in the set?
Why would hybrid feel less like a mythic? My issue with a hybrid cost would be that doesn't get life loss with this kind of frequency nor intensity - if at all. Actually, I see no reason whatsoever that the cost here should or could include any . There's nothing in this card.
Also let's throw out a reminder that power level isn't a good indicator of card's rarity. That being said, I don't even see this as that powerful of a card. It does essentially nothing when it enters play and the effect is symmetrical. Even if I were running a deck with no creatures and a bunch of board clears, I found it rather unlikely I would be interested in including this kind of a card in that decklist.
Every card in the set is a mythic. The idea is this card buffs midrange/removal heavy decks, and hoses creature decks. play this and kill opponents creatures, and you probably win very fast.
As for the card being , i would do that, but i prefer to keep it as 1 drop, (yes hybrid works, but doesnt feel like a mythic)
Also, adding white seems odd, because why would it ruin its own strategy. Still the idea of TAXING is super White Black, i am not 100% sure about it though.
It's mostly just an insane sideboard card. Those might not be fun, but they do serve a purpose. Still, I don't even play w. sideboards, and barely and Mythics are sideboard cards, they can fit that into rare... But it seems like something mythic doesn't do. Hmmm...
Overall, those are good ideas, but I'm not convinced to change it to Multicolor. It fits into more decks being monoblack, but maybe it can change. Still, thanks for the advice, and I will keep this in mind if I try to design another card like this. :)
i'd just straight out exile it because you do not want to be able to cast this ever again! also someone could just search for it or mill/draw to it considering they have 1-3 turns to do that :P
So now it's a 6/6 that the opponent at worst CANNOT kill; and at best DARE not kill. Cannot, because, well, it replaces itself with one of its three brothers. And dare not, because it now fetches the very best creature you have.
And... well, it's five mana and in and of itself isn't that terrifying - since it doesn't trample, it can just be chump blocked.
It's good, it feels "Oh shit / wow", but it's not gonna dominate every game ever? Seems sensible. The one concern is that of all card-search; will it tend to just go get the same thing every time? And because it searches when it died, I think probably not. You'll go for things good in situation.
It's still terrifying though. The obvious deck to play it in is "Any time you get a threat on the table, I cast Wrath of God", I fear.

middle ability seems like it should certainly be two separate ones.
should the last ability say permanents you control? that would make a lot more sense.
This is me :D
k
okay, i will think it over.

¯_(ツ)_/¯

Why is this a mythic? Heck, Trespasser's Curse was a common.
Well it would certainly be more balanced at . I'm not sure that wurms is going for balanced, though.
Cool. Seems kind of more white because taxes, but i guess this is also kind of black because death. maybe orzhov? death and taxes?
this seems insane, but maybe it works.

this would break simic ramp
love it. pump pump pump
this seems fine, but what are everyone's ideas on you losing when this leaves rather than specifically dies? would really make it azorphobic
No more turn 3 nine dmg swings :P
Oh right. this breaks symmetry effects really well then.
yup big ooof
I mean - that's what your deck does. Sits there and threatens to wrath; because blowing up your own creature is now a good thing.
This can only tutor creatures, how could it WoG?

very flavorful
lol that would break the format (read: my brain)
