Well, it's a delayed action Demonic Tutor which can certainly look mythic. Power wise; this is certainly efficient - 6 life delta a turn, and the opponent really gets doubly punched if they try to stop it.

I agree that there isn't much white about this as it stands. Black gets lifelink from a 'draining ife' theme, which the vampire flavour lives up to.

I'd guess to make it feel mythic - give it a proper name and make it a legend. That also provides a sneaky route to use it as a pure tutor, if you draw a second one. Always nice to find a way to turn a donside mechanic into an upside.

­Demonic Tutor effect is also known as Diabolic Tutor. So uncommon? 'Efficiency' is a really bad / unreliable way to determine rarity.

Legendary would certainly help while I don't see it help addressing the main issues.

Eh, "I'm gonna kill your creatures and gain life, and when you try and stop me, mauahhaha - COMBO TIME!" seems like it could be a mythic card.

Maybe you could have it have an ability to kill itself? That would be a bit more interesting for mythic slot. Then again, adding on abilities might be an unrenewable path for that

I like it as Orzhov, but you are right when you say it is just black. I will consider legendary, and maybe add in a sacrifice effect. Will edit.

Still too boring for a mythic. Some ideas could be

or something more complex like

I feel the ability should avoid searching up three more Moon Priests first.

I feel like anything that implements an idea of sacrifice would be interesting. Sacrifice creatures is flavorfully more white than black in my eyes, although mechanically it is lovely in black.

I'd see black doing more of hurting itself rather than actually dying for it's cause (it would if it had a regen plan i'd guess)

Maybe you could give it an X in it's cost, and have it enter with those many counters. Then you could pay life or mana and remove counters to tutor? that feels really black

Then have it say for example, , , Pay 2 Life, Remove two -1/-1 counters from Moon Priest: Search your library for a card and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library

Also i'd remove lifelink and deathtouch because this card doesn't really need to be combat oriented, it can be how it is now. But if you were to do my thing it shouldnt be.
