This wasn't initially legendary, but I didn't want it to be a rare. The card is there for instances where a player may end up skipping their draw step, but letting them get a card at the end of their turn. Multiple copies of the creature meant that was more draw than should probably be given, so I figured the legendary supertype should prevent that issue. I added prowess because I didn't want a really good body, but I didn't want the card to be a total dud in limited where the other ability isn't guaranteed to be used.
I could have sworn I already commented on this? It's ridiculously powerful. Creates 8 power of creature a turn, allows those creatures to buff, and the only cost is giving up something that doesn't normally exist anyway; and not attacking with this itself which you'd obviously never do anyway).
So on the plus side - it's now a 6-cost legendary. And the opponents do get a chance to deal with it before it goes off. (I think? When is your first fossil untap phase?)
So maybe it's reasonable? It's sure as heck splashy.
Yes; ut all that is just templating crap. What this card is intended to do is perfectly clear - build up a stock of things from graveyards; and cast them all.

Only just now did I remember I can edit the skeleton to do that.
Confusing to create a new card rather than edit the existing one.
I pretty much followed your suggestions and just copy-pasted the original text into the mythic slot and put a different rare in its original slot.

Cards aren't just "spells or lands". They can also be neither e. g. a nonland permanent on the battlefield or a card in your library.
