What spell? You just exiled a card and in exile it's a card in exile. It has none of the charecteristics a spell needs to have e. g. chosen targets.

Picky picky. Cards are spells or lands. Seems a perfectly legit card to me.

Kinda potentially awesome; though slightly slow to ramp up.

Cards aren't just "spells or lands". They can also be neither e. g. a nonland permanent on the battlefield or a card in your library.

Yes; ut all that is just templating crap. What this card is intended to do is perfectly clear - build up a stock of things from graveyards; and cast them all.
